I’m Emily, a female fitness specialist and qualified personal trainer. My professional experience and growing up with my mum and two sisters, has shown me that when women Feel Good, the rest follows. I am here to help women Feel Good, inside and out.

I live with my husband and my beautiful little girls Violet, Lillian & Rose in Fleet, Hampshire. I have always been a fitness fanatic, but when I had Violet I realised that my 9-5 job was not satisfying me enough to leave her every day. I needed something that I was passionate about. Therefore, I took the plunge and followed my heart towards the health and fitness industry. I studied every minute I was not taking care of Violet, I then started working on gym floors to gain experience. In 2018, I was thrilled to set up my own business focusing on women’s fitness. It was a rollercoaster ride, but worth every second.

So, how does it work?

We can tailor your fitness journey together. I find that 1:1 fitness sessions are a great way to kick start your fitness journey and we will usually have our sessions in the fresh air, surrounded by nature. I can however, always come to your home, up to 5 miles radius from Fleet.

My 60 minute personal training sessions are a great way to kick start your fitness journey. Whether you are new to exercise or want to develop your fitness, I will cater the sessions to meet your fitness goals.

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, every bride wants to feel and look their best. As a specialist in female fitness, I will help you reach your fitness goals, get you motivated and make sure you are feeling and looking your best on your big day.

 

Research shows that exercising during pregnancy has a profoundly positive effect on you and your developing baby. Being active has many health benefits including: preventing gestational diabetes, boosting mood, improving posture, muscular strength and endurance.

After nine months of pregnancy your body will feel very different. It can leave you feeling heavy, exhausted and unfit. Personal training is the safest and most efficient way of regaining your pre-pregnancy body shape.

Nourish your body and mind…
These sessions will help transform your body and mind. Included is a 30 minute full body fully energising workout. Incorporating a mixture of cardio, bodyweight, core strength and body conditioning. Next you will be guided by Emma, a qualified hypnotherapist specialising in weight- loss management, into a hypnotherapy session lasting 30 minutes. This is much like a guided meditation and will induce you in a deeply relaxed state to access your subconscious mind to allow new habits, beliefs, and positive change to be made.
