Emily’s 60 minute personal training sessions are a great way to kick start your fitness journey. whether you are new the exercise or want to develop your fitness, Emily will cater the sessions to meet your fitness goals. Emily is there to guide and motivate you through your training incorporating, cardio, strength, resistance and weights, to give you a fully energising workout.

 
 

PROGRAM

  • 60 minute face to face workout tailored to your goals

  • A weekly workout to do at home based on what equipment you have at home. With Handy video demonstrations

  • Home service available within a 5 mile radius of Fleet/and or outdoor sessions

  • weekly check-ins via WhatsApp/email

  • 24/7 support to keep you motivated with regular advice and accountability, to stay on track to help support your training

  • Help with your nutrition with healthy eating guidance

  • Weight-loss measurements

  • Cardio training

  • Strength training

  • Resistance training

 

 PREPARATION

  • No preparation necessary; just bring a bottle of water and a mat
