Research shows that exercising during pregnancy has a profoundly positive effect on you and your developing baby. Being active has many health benefits including: preventing gestational diabetes, boosting mood, improving posture, muscular strength and endurance. It can promote better sleep and overall, it prepares the body for the hard work of labour!
Your prenatal package will begin once you have received a sign-off from your GP. I will make sure you feel safe and comfortable during your sessions, ensuring exercises are performed correctly. I will work with you through every stage of your pregnancy, adapting the workouts to each trimester. We will change the training programme accordingly, adjusting to your growing tummy.
Your workouts will be safe yet effective, keeping your body and mind strong and healthy.
