WELLNESS RETREAT

These wellness sessions will help transform your body and mind. Emily and Emma work together to deliver an experience in which your body and mind will work in harmony. The 60 minute session includes a 30 minute full body workout; incorporating a mixture of cardio, bodyweight, core strength and body conditioning.
You will then be guided by Emma into a hypnotherapy session lasting 30 minutes. This is much like a guided meditation and will induce you in a deeply relaxed state to access your subconscious mind to allow new habits, beliefs, and positive change to be made.

Emma is a a qualified hypnotherapist specialising in weight-loss management based in Surrey and London.
